These terms apply when you use tasneemshop.com or place an order with us. The site is run by Tasneem Business Legacy Sdn Bhd (201701028924), 22-G, Jalan Putra 3, Taman Kajang Putra, 43000 Kajang, Selangor (“Tasneem”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error or payment fails. Any payment we received for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
2. Prices
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by CHIP. We start preparing your order once your payment is confirmed. See Payment Information.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Malaysia only. Delivery charges and times are on our Shipping Information page. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the courier, public holidays and peak seasons.

6. Reward Points
Reward Points are earned on completed orders and expire 12 months after they are earned. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to someone else. Points earned on an order that is cancelled or refunded may be removed. We may change the Reward Points programme by posting the change on this site.
7. Promotions and vouchers
Promotions run while stocks last. A flash sale price applies only while its countdown is running. Voucher codes cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to the conditions shown with them.
8. Product information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but packaging and colours may differ slightly from the photos. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Our products are not medicines: if your baby has a medical condition or an allergy, ask your doctor before use.
9. Your account
Please keep your login details private and your account information up to date. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
10. Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
11. Content on this site
The text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to Tasneem and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
