We deliver to every state in Malaysia, including Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Overseas delivery is not available yet.
Delivery charges
- Orders of RM150 and above: free delivery.
- Orders below RM150: a flat RM7.15 by Pos Laju.
The bar at the top of your cart shows how much more to add for free delivery.
When will my order arrive?
We pack and send orders within 1 to 2 working days of payment. After that, Pos Laju usually delivers in:
- 1 to 3 working days in Peninsular Malaysia
- 3 to 7 working days in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan
Working days are Monday to Friday, except public holidays. During big sales and festive seasons, deliveries can take a little longer.
Tracking your parcel
Once your parcel is on its way we email you the tracking number. You can also see it under My Account > Orders.
Your delivery address
Please check your address and phone number before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or a missed delivery, we may charge the delivery fee again to resend it.
Damaged or missing items
