How it works
Choose how you’d like to pay at checkout. You are taken to CHIP’s secure page to finish the payment, then brought back to our site, and we email you the order confirmation.
If a payment does not go through
If a payment fails or you close the page before paying, you are not charged and your order stays unpaid. You can try again from My Account > Orders, or WhatsApp us.
If money has left your account but your order still shows as unpaid, WhatsApp us your order number and a screenshot of the transaction and we will sort it out.

Your details are safe
Card and banking details are entered on CHIP’s secure page. We never see or store them.
